- Full Name, Email Address, and Contact Phone Number during account registration.
- Facebook OAuth 2.0 authentication credentials: Facebook User ID (FBID), Username (Full Name), and Phone Number.
- Profile settings, user preferences, and language selection.
- Encrypted payment transaction metadata (processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways).
Event & Guest Data
- Event details: Event title, schedule, venue location, audio background music, gallery media, and custom messages.
- Guest list information: Guest names, phone numbers, email addresses, and RSVP statuses.
- Entrance QR code verification logs and check-in status timestamps.
Technical & Device Analytics
- IP address, device type, browser fingerprint, operating system, and language preferences.
- Access timestamps, page view analytics, feature usage logs, and system error crash reports.

Facebook Data Deletion & Meta Compliance Notice
In strict compliance with Meta Platform Policy 4.b, E-Theap provides transparent user data processing disclosures and multiple explicit pathways for users to request complete deletion of their Facebook authentication data.
Log into your E-Theap account, navigate to Settings → Account Settings, and click "Delete Account" to instantly purge your profile, Facebook User ID (FBID), and associated tokens.
Send an email to info@e-theap.com with the subject "User Data Deletion Request" including your registered email or Facebook User ID. Complete purge executed within 30 days.
