Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

Cancellation

• All platform content, templates, and designs are owned by E-Invitation Platform
• You receive a limited license to use our templates for creating invitations
• You may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of our templates
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload to our platform
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
• We may remove content that violates our policies or applicable laws

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• You use our services at your own risk
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms
• We may terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods
• Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
• We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required
• Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
